Terms and Conditions of Business

1. CONFERENCE DATES

All engagement dates to be confirmed in writing prior to being considered reserved by your group/company. Once confirmed, dates are considered as having reserved by that Client & We should be notified immediately of any proposed change by the Client to the schedule which will be accommodated only subject to Anthony Morris’s availability.

2. EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

Anthony typically presents off his own laptop – due to immense files, software and navigation requirement which are the foundation of his presentations. Exceptions to this should be discussed in advance of finalising any booking. A projector, internet access, lapel mike and flipchart with thick black marker are to be provided as well as laptop sound and an extension cord for laptop.

3. ATTENDEE REGISTRATION FOR CE CREDITS

In cases where CE credits are being provided for attendees, a full list of signed-in attendees needs to be given to Anthony at the event – including Attendee Name, Company, Email Address, Mobile Number, Office Number.

4. TRAVEL & ACCOMODATION

All expenses of travel & accommodation are for the Client’s account. When Anthony Morris is in the same city for another engagement, the Client will

be informed & expenses shared in fair proportion. All travel must be booked by

our office as his schedule often changes at short notice. In order to pass discount advantages on to our Clients, travel is invoiced & payable immediately on confirmation of the program/event.

Our standards are:

HOTEL – Mid-range (4 star and above) including meals

CAR - Group B rental car with air conditioner

FLIGHT – Economy (coach) within North America

Economy (coach) within your country outside of North America

First/Executive Class on international flights

5. FEES

Speaking fees are due & payable prior to or on the day of delivery.

6. CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT

Cancellation of conference events:

Cancellation more than 60 days prior to presentation date: 20% due & payable

Cancellation 30-60 days prior to presentation date: 50% due & payable

Cancellation within 30 days of presentation date: 100% due & payable

This condition is not meant for punitive purposes but as a business practice to

off-set losses sustained in turning away other date-critical projects. In exceptional circumstances, fees paid may be applied to a future event with your company/group.
